II. Steps to Get Started
To kick off the writing process, you'll complete a "Next Steps Checklist," which may include providing sample job postings or completing a questionnaire. We'll also send over a contract and request payment to formalize our partnership.
III. Collaborative Meetings
Whether you prefer Zoom or a phone call, we’ll meet at least twice to review your project. All services include multiple drafts, along with personalized guidance on how to use and adapt your materials for different jobs. Most meetings last 60 minutes, but the length and number of sessions will vary depending on the service you've purchased.
IV. An Emphasis on Quality
Your materials have to appeal to both Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring managers. ATS filter online applications, while human viewers seek out the best candidates. We're experts at optimizing resumes to navigate ATS and crafting content that will stand out to employers. Our focus is on creating materials that increase your chances of success.
